I created this Tic-Tac-Toe game in Macromedia Director, and saved it as a Shockwave file. It's a little over 100K, so it'll take a minute or two to load if you've got a slow connection. It's done as a rough pencil drawing to simulate the way regular Tic-Tac-Toe games are played. You can play against a friend or against the computer.
